Before establishing Dragon Lane Strategy, Stephanie practised corporate and commercial law, advising clients on complex M&A, debt finance, and compliance matters. Her experience in law has given her a unique ability to connect with clients and candidates alike.
At Dragon Lane Strategy, Stephanie leads the firm’s client partnerships and strategic growth, guiding its mission to deliver thoughtful, relationship-driven recruitment solutions that align talent with opportunity.

Giresh is the Managing Partner of Dragon Lane Strategy, where he leads the firm’s financial recruitment practice, specializing in hedge funds, private equity, and investment management across Asia.
Before founding Dragon Lane Strategy, Giresh spent several years at DMO Group and Gordian Search, two leading executive search firms in Hong Kong. At DMO Group, he specialized in placing investment professionals across hedge funds and asset management firms, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Earlier in his career at Gordian Search, he led searches for APAC’s alternative investment funds, including mandates in real estate, infrastructure, and special situations.
His background in finance-focused recruitment, combined with his strong regional network, enables him to align top-tier talent with high-performing platforms across Hong Kong and Singapore.
